Declaration

It is mandatory for guests to provide C4 Photo Safaris with evidence of satisfactory medical insurance coverage for all activities they will participate in during their travels. All insurance details will be covered in the full registration form sent by one of our consultants.

I confirm that I will obtain the mandatory insurance, including emergency evacuation coverage, for the tour, safari, or workshop mentioned in this booking form. I understand that I will need to provide the details of this insurance to C4 Photo Safaris after my deposit is paid.

Payment Details

A 30% deposit of the safari cost will confirm your participation. Payment proof can be sent to minette@c4photosafaris.com Payments can be made into either our USD or RSA bank account. Note that credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge.

I am above the age of 16 years and I am authorised to effect reservations and the conditions that apply, on behalf of all those detailed above. I/we agree to pay a non-refundable deposit (30% of total amount) on confirmation of my/our booking.
